Doula Description

I have gravitated towards caregiving roles for as long as I can remember and developed an interest in newborns and birth at a young age after helping my aunt take care of her premature baby and then newborn twins a few years later. Over the last 14 years I have supported Seattle-area families in various caregiving roles and I bring all of that experience into my role as a full spectrum doula.  My approach as a doula is rooted in person-centered, identity-affirming, culturally-sensitive care and has a focus on ensuring you and your family feel safe, seen, and respected throughout your pregnancy, birth, and into postpartum. My support is catered to your unique needs to ensure you get the encouragement, information, and care to help you have the best possible experience. I love working with both first time parents and families welcoming new siblings into their homes.
