Doula Description

Labor can be intense, and the work of it can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to help you embrace it as part of the process—it’s what brings you closer to the finish line. I’ll support you through every step with words of encouragement, physical comfort, gentle movement, soothing touch, active listening, or whatever seems right in the moment. I want you to feel heard, supported, and in control as you move through this exciting journey of labor and birth.

A little about me: I’m a mom of two, and when I’m not supporting families in birth, you’ll find me grabbing coffee with my husband, hiking, or traveling to new places. Life is about connection and adventure, and I bring that same energy into every birth I attend.

Let’s work together to create an empowering and unique birth experience that honors your body and your choices. Reach out today to schedule a free consultation—I’d love to connect!

Midwives vs. Doulas: What is the difference?

Exploring maternal care, focusing on midwives and doulas. While midwives are medically trained professionals who assist throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, doulas offer emotional, physical, and informational support without medical intervention.
