Doula Description

As your doula, I'm not just here to hold your hand during labor (although I'll definitely be doing that too!)—I’m here to empower you. I'm here to listen, to understand, and to support you in realizing your strength and capabilities. Whether you're a first-time parent or adding to your growing family, I bring empathy, compassion, and evidence-based information to empower you to make the choices that are right for you.

I have a Master’s degree in Public Health which further enhances my ability to provide holistic support. Through my public health expertise, I bring a deeper understanding of reproductive health and healthcare.  This knowledge equips me to provide evidence-based information and better support you in advocating for your needs as well as your rights.  What sets me apart? It's simple: my unwavering commitment to YOU and your empowerment. I believe in the power of personalized care, tailored to your unique needs, desires, and preferences. Whether you envision a home birth, birth center delivery, or hospital delivery, I'm here to champion your choices and help you navigate the journey with confidence and peace of mind.  In addition to birth support, I offer guidance for abortion, loss, adoption, and surrogacy, ensuring comprehensive care.

Let's embark on this journey together!
